Ingredients For Hot Milk Tea Cake


All-purpose flour: 1 cup
Eggs: 2
Butter: 1 tablespoon 
Milk: 1/4 cup
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon 
Vanilla essence:1 teaspoon 
Salt: 1 pinch
Castor sugar: 1/3 cup

Preparation For Hot Milk Tea Cake


1- In a mixing bowl add eggs sugar, oil, and salt mix it with the help of an electric beater. Beat it until you get the foamy structure of the batter. Draw a line somewhere on the mixture surface if the line remains for 3 to 5 seconds it means your mixture is of ideal consistency
2- Sift all-purpose flour and baking powder.
3- gradually mix and fold the sifted flour into the better.
4- In a saucepan take milk, vanilla essence,  and butter and boil it. Turn off the flame and stir it for about 40 to 50 seconds. 
5- Now add this hot milk to the batter and mix it gently.
6- Pour the batter into the mold (Mould should be greased already). Tab the mold on the surface and put it in the preheated oven. Bake the cake at 170-degree centigrade for 30 to 35 minutes. When the cake is baked, take it off the oven and cool it down.
7- when the cake is cooled, demold the cake
 

Tips to get the best results


1- All ingredients should be at room temperature.
2- Grease the mold with the help of butter
3- using a spatula, slowly mix the dry ingredients in a circular motion. The cake won't bake perfectly if you don't mix it properly, as a result, the cake will be dense or hard.
4- after adding hot milk gently mix the batter. Please don't over-mix otherwise you will break the formic texture of the batter and you will notice get fluffy cake.
5- The oven should be preheated for about 10 minutes.
