Ingredients for chicken mini patties:

  • Chicken breast: 1 piece
  • Water: As required 
  • Cooking oil: 2 Teaspoon 
  • Onion: 1 medium sized chopped 
  • Capsicum: 1/2 medium sized chopped 
  • Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon or as per your taste 
  • Ginger powder: 1/2 Teaspoon 
  • Garlic powder: 1/4 Teaspoon 
  • Cumin seed powder: 1/2 Teaspoon 
  • Turmeric powder: 1 pinch 
  • Black paper powder: 1/2 Teaspoon 
  • Soya sauce : 1 Teaspoon 
  • Tabasco sauce: 1 Teaspoon 
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Puff pastry dough: As required
  • All purpose flour: 2 Tablespoon 
  • Egg: 1 medium sized 

Making Easy Chicken Puff Pastry Patties:

The process of making Easy Chicken Puff Pastry is completed in two steps, in the first step we will make the filling inside them and after that we will roll out the puff pastry and cut it and fill it with chicken filling and bake it.

First put the chicken in a pot and add enough water to submerged the chicken. After that, cook the chicken well until it is cooked.

After the chicken is cooked, take it out of the pot and put it in a separate bowl and let it be cooled.

Now shred cooked chicken well with your hands or with a fork or chopper.

Now take a pan and add cooking oil in it. Heat the oil and add finely chopped onion and Saute' until get soft.

Now add shredded chicken and mix it well

Now add salt, garlic powder, ginger powder and cumin powder.

Also add turmeric powder, black pepper powder, soya sauce and tabasco  sauce.

Now mix and Saute' the filling for a minute.

Now add chopped capsicum and Saute'it for a minute.

Now take aside filling from the center of the pan and add here all purpose flour. Keep stirring and roasting the all purpose flour for a minute. And now mix roasted flour into the filling.

Now add milk and cook it by mixing with filling until milk gets dried.

Remove pan from the heat and let the filling be cooled down.

Rolling out and cutting puff pastry


Spread some flour on rolling surface. With the help of Rolling pin, gently roll out the puff pastry dough with very little pressure. After rolling out the thickness should be half inch.

Now with the help of cookie cutter cut the rolled out puff pastry.

Now separate the round cut puff pastries and roll out the rest of the dough again and cut them with a cookie cutter again.

Grease a baking tray with oil, then place parchment paper on it, then  also grease the paper well.

Now place the round cut puff pastry at a little distance.

Beat an egg well and apply it well on the puff pastry with the help of a brush.

Now put a spoonful or desired filling on every egg coated puff pastry.

Then cover the filling by placing round cut puff pastries and press with the help of a lid glass or bowl then brush well beaten egg on top of them.

Now place the baking tray in a preheated      oven at 180 degrees for twenty minutes.
